In order to support your business and best serve DIRECTV customers, the following functions in DWS have been enhanced.
1. Activation of Winback Orders
You may now activate Winback accounts using the “Customer Activation” feature in DWS.

2. Existing Customer Search Enhancement
The existing customer search results screen now includes a “Programming” section, which shows all services and credits are currently active on a customer’s account.
